Now, if you have a missing part, problem with a product not meeting your satisfaction, no matter what, we’ll take care of it by replacing the item or issuing a refund. Sometimes we may ask out of courtesy to have the products shipped back to our team for review, we want to continually improve our quality and processes to ensure our products meet the high standards that define Pro-Shot expectations. Also, we can take care of the shipping.
Furthermore, it is also common knowledge that some products are meant to be replaced when used in the cleaning process. Our Handshake Guarantee covers manufacturers defects on these products, but not the use of cleaning components like brushes, mops, patches, and others that are meant to be replaced over time.
