CSM (Ret) Frank Lever serves as a President of Coosaw Creek Business Development Group located in North Charleston, SC which provides guidance and assistance to corporations interested in penetrating the federal and state government and commercial marketplace.
CSM Frank Lever served over thirty-six years in our nation’s military culminating with his assignment as the Command Sergeant Major, Army National Guard. He was the senior enlisted advisor to the Director of the Army National Guard and advisor to the Chief, National Guard Bureau on Army National Guard enlisted policy and procedures effecting 420,000 Soldiers.
Prior to his assignment at the National Guard Bureau, CSM Lever served in the South Carolina Army National Guard and held all leadership positions including his appointment as the State Command Sergeant Major, South Carolina.
CSM Lever as been active in the Enlisted Association of the National Guard and the National Guard Association of South Carolina. He served on both associations board of directors and served as their President.
In 2014 Frank Lever was appointed to the Board of Directors of 5Star Life an underwriter for Armed Forces Benefits Association. Both of these organizations provide life insurance for our military personnel and first responders.
A native of South Carolina, Frank received his B.S. in Political Science from The Citadel and his Masters Degree, Management from Webster University.
